General
Osteopath's in Australia are university trained nationally registered allied health professionals. Osteopaths complete five years of university where they are trained to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using a hands-on, holistic approach.
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that appreciates the interconnectedness of the many systems of the body which is demonstrated in our holistic approach to treatment.
Osteopaths use a variety of techniques such as stretching, massage, and joint manipulation to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support your body's innate healing processes. Whether you're dealing with back pain, sports injuries, migraines, or chronic conditions, our tailored treatment plans aim to address the root cause of your symptoms and enhance your overall well-being.
Osteopaths are trained to effectively diagnose and treat various musculoskeletal conditions. These include but are not limited to:
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Headaches and migraines
- TMJ (jaw) dysfunction
- Shoulder pain
- Hip pain
- Knee pain
- Ankle and Foot pain
- Joint sprains
- Tendon injuries
- Vertigo
If you are unsure whether an Osteopath can help, please contact the clinic.
As Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, you will likely be asked to remove some clothing. I suggest wearing loose fitting and comfortable clothing to your appointment so you don't feel restricted.
There will be gowns available should you require them.
Just yourself! If you have any relevant scans, doctors reports or other paperwork you believe may be helpful to your Osteopath, then please bring these along.
Initial appointment: $130 (45-60 minutes)

Private paying clients do not need a referral to see an Osteopath in Australia.
If your appointments are partially funded by a Third Party Provider then you may require a referral. Please contact the clinic to discuss if you are unsure.
If you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management plan, you are able to have 5 treatments covered at a reduced cost. This involves 5 Allied Health services over one year when prescribed by your doctor.
These plans are managed by your GP. Please ask your GP if you qualify for this plan.
