My Story
I was attracted to the holistic nature of Osteopathy and its ability to achieve lasting results through treating the underlying cause of pain – not just the symptoms.
Graduating from RMIT in 2016 with Distinction, I've been lucky enough to gain valuable experience over the years working in various private practice locations. I strive to help people become pain free and reach their personal health goals by using an individualised form of treatment. Whilst treating, I will create a personalised treatment plan which can include a variety of approaches from firm structural techniques such as soft tissue massage and articulation, to gentler styles of treatment suited to each individual.

I enjoy treating a wide range of conditions from back pain and shoulder pain, to headaches and sporting injuries. Over the years, I have completed extra study in the management of frozen shoulder, vertigo and running injuries. I am qualified in dry needling, cupping and stretch therapy which I will often integrate into my consultations.
Having previously worked as a tennis coach and being involved in athletics since the age of eight, I understand the stressors placed on the body during sport and the impact pain can have on the wellbeing of an athlete. As a result, I regularly incorporate stretches and/or exercises into my consultation to reduce the possibility of re-injury.
Outside of work, you'll most likely find me outdoors (often with a coffee in hand). I love exploring new hikes, running and spending time at the local beach.
