What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling involves inserting a very fine needle at specific sites throughout the body to relax a muscle. There are some different theories as to how Dry Needling is effective, however it has been clinically shown to cause a small inflammatory response. This will increase blood flow to the area which will deliver nutrients and assist in removing waste by-products.
